1. Purpose
Use this channel to report abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful use of ColocPro in violation of our Terms of Service.
2. Reportable cases
- Suspected storage of patient or health data
- Harassment or illegal content in internal messaging
- Unauthorized access attempts
- Spam or automated abuse
- Intellectual property violations
- Phishing or identity theft
3. How to report
Email contact@colocpro.fr with:
- Your identity and contact details
- Nature of the abuse
- Practice URL or name (if known)
- Evidence or screenshots
- Approximate date and time
4. Processing
ColocPro will review reports within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 5 business days).
Confirmed abuse may result in account suspension, content removal, and/or reporting to authorities.
