1. Purpose
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of ColocPro, a SaaS platform for managing shared medical offices.
By creating an account or using ColocPro, you agree to these Terms without reservation.
2. Service description
ColocPro provides administrative management: room scheduling, charge allocation, expense tracking, shared documents, internal messaging, and an AI assistant.
ColocPro is not patient management, medical billing, or EHR software.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not store patient records or GDPR Article 9 health data
- Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Do not attempt to access other practices' data or bypass security
- Respect ColocPro's and third parties' intellectual property
4. User content
You retain ownership of documents and content you upload. You grant ColocPro a limited license to host and process this content solely to provide the service.
5. AI assistant
AI responses are indicative only and do not constitute legal, medical, or accounting advice.
6. Liability
ColocPro's liability is limited to direct damages proven, up to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. ColocPro may suspend accounts for Terms violations.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law.
