Each practitioner sets their share (e.g. 40% of rent). ColocPro automatically calculates monthly pro-rata for rent, utilities, cleaning and other shared charges. Amounts can be exported as PDF for accounting.
Is ColocPro GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest. ColocPro does not collect patient data and does not resell data. Each practice is isolated from others.
Where is data hosted and who is the infrastructure provider?
Application data (database, authentication, files) is hosted by Supabase in the European Union (eu-central-1, Frankfurt). The web app runs on Vercel. Transactional email is handled by Resend. The full list of subprocessors is in our legal notices and privacy policy.
Can I export all my data if I leave ColocPro?
Yes. Team and SCM plans include PDF/Excel charge exports from the app. All documents can be downloaded individually at any time. If you wish to leave ColocPro, contact us at contact@colocpro.fr: we export your practice database and deliver it along with your files — your GDPR portability right.
What happens if ColocPro shuts down in a few years?
You retain ownership of your content. If the service stops, ColocPro will notify users with reasonable notice and export each practice's database to return it to users. Your administrative documents are not locked in a proprietary format.
