1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to paid subscriptions to ColocPro, published by ColocPro ([Forme juridique — ex. SASU]), [Adresse du siège social].
2. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (incl. VAT) on the website and in the app. ColocPro may change prices with 30 days' notice before renewal.
3. Payment
- Subscriptions are processed online via Stripe
- Payment is due in advance, monthly or annually
- Card details are processed by Stripe; ColocPro does not store them
4. Withdrawal
For digital services executed immediately upon subscription, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply where you expressly agree and waive withdrawal rights.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Mediation
