Terms of sale

1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to paid subscriptions to ColocPro, published by ColocPro ([Forme juridique — ex. SASU]), [Adresse du siège social].
2. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (incl. VAT) on the website and in the app.
Annual billing is available with a 20% discount compared to 12 monthly payments (e.g. Team: €470/year instead of €588).
ColocPro may change prices with 30 days' notice before renewal.
2 bis. AI assistant and fair use
The AI assistant is included in all plans with monthly quotas per practitioner, as detailed in the Terms of Service.
Automated, abusive or excessive usage may result in temporary or permanent limitation of AI features, without refund.
3. Payment
- Subscriptions are processed online via Stripe
- Payment is due in advance, monthly or annually
- Card details are processed by Stripe; ColocPro does not store them
4. Withdrawal
For digital services executed immediately upon subscription, the 14-day withdrawal right may not apply where you expressly agree and waive withdrawal rights.
5. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Mediation
