1. Compliance status

The website https://www.colocpro.fr is working towards compliance with the French general accessibility framework (RGAA), version 4.1, based on WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Current status: partially compliant — see « Non-accessible content » below.

This statement applies to the marketing website and the ColocPro web application.

2. Test results

Accessibility audits are performed internally and supplemented by user testing. Identified issues are tracked in a prioritized remediation plan.

3. Non-accessible content

  • Some dashboard interfaces: insufficient contrast on charts and status badges
  • AI assistant widget: new messages not always announced to screen readers
  • Some modals and dynamic components: keyboard focus occasionally not visible or trapped
  • User-uploaded PDF documents: not controlled by ColocPro
  • Planning calendar: keyboard navigation on mobile needs improvement
  • Some decorative icons without explicit text alternatives

No disproportionate burden exemption is claimed at this stage.
